Custom Furniture

Custom furniture offers you every possibility. Whether it be an awkward corner in a room, a space that needs to be filled, a unique style to achieve, anything is possible with custom furniture.

At Meisch Made we design each piece with beauty and integrity, using only the highest quality American hardwoods available. Steel is high quality cold-rolled and brass is always solid, never plated. We offer customization for almost all of our designs and can work with whatever design or inspiration you bring to us. Whether it's a few extra inches to the width of a coffee table, a certain species of wood you need, adding another set of drawers to a dresser, or even designing a piece from scratch, no customization is too big or too small.

Here is our process:

Step 1- Discuss
It all starts with you. We discuss what you're looking for in a piece. Are there certain characteristics of our pieces you'd like to see? What dimensions work?  Is it something entirely custom or taken from a concept of something we already make?  We look at the needs, the wants, all the ideas and start to sort them out. Maybe you love our Framework Coffee Table but the color isn't right for your space. We have options.

Step 2 - Concept
Concepts become drawings. We take the information and present solutions. We provide drawings and renderings for your consideration. Our renderings will be to scale so you can visualize the piece in its proper size and setting.

Step 3 - Revisions
Take a look at the sketch, or available options, and let us know what you think. We can go with it as is or make adjustments.

Step 4 - Finalize
We'll repeat the revision process until we've found the solution you're looking for. Once we've settled on the final piece, we'll get the ball rolling. A few weeks later you'll have your piece in person. In this case, a custom walnut L desk with brass inlays!
